A gentle herbal sedative formula containing five herbs that work in harmony to promote a relaxed response to the stress of modern day living.  Valerian root is often referred to a ‘natures Valium’.  In fact, this herb has been used since ancient times to promote tranquillity and improve sleep.  Valerian contains a number of compounds that may promote sleep and reduce anxiety.l

Directions: Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with food
