Designed as a gentle 3-week course, this cleanse helps support urinary tract function, fluid balance, and natural elimination processes.

Suggested Use:

Take 3 tablespoons (approx. 45ml) daily, diluted in 850ml of water, sipped gradually throughout the day for 21 days.

Optionally, mix with Cranberry Complex for enhanced urinary tract support.
Due to the bitter nature of the herbs, it may also be taken in smaller, more concentrated doses followed by water.
