Directions for Use

Take 3 tablespoons daily mixed into 1.5 pints of water and drink throughout the day for 21 days. For improved flavour, mix with Cranberry Complex or cranberry juice to taste. Due to the naturally bitter nature of the herbs, the tincture may also be taken in smaller, more concentrated servings followed by plenty of water.
