Ingredients

• Sodium Bentonite Clay

Directions for Use

Internal Use

Mix 1 teaspoon in approximately 5oz of de-ionised water and allow to stand overnight.

Take up to 5 tablespoons (15ml each) of the liquid portion. Discard the sediment.

Important: Use only a wooden, glass, or plastic spoon. Do not use metal utensils.

External Use

Apply directly to the required area as desired.
